At Aunt Jackie's Cookies, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality cookie kits. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no refunds and no returns policy.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on baked goods for health and safety reasons.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if production has already begun.

Reasonable order modifications can be made through Info@AuntJackiesCookies.biz. Modifications will not be allowed within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items or damage during delivery, please contact us at Jackie@AuntJackiesCookies.biz within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion if there is a confirmed issue with the order.
